Limited Lifetime Warranty
When you buy from Quality Kitchens For Less rest assured that our products come with a warranty. Below is the fine print and what we ask in return.
Limited Lifetime Warranty is given to the original purchaser of our product in residential applications and are not transferable to subsequent owners. To be covered under our limited life time warranty, you need to retain the original invoice or proof of purchase.
What is covered and for how long?
Quality Kitchens for Less warrants that all of our cabinets and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid as long as you own your home and begins upon the date of delivery to you.
Quality Kitchens for Less will attempt to repair the defective material or do a one-on-one exchange if we are unable to correct the problem after a reasonable number of attempts. This lifetime warranty does not include labor cost, consequential damages, nor does it apply to any item(s) that have been improperly installed, handled and assembled. Natural wood can expand or contract over time with different amounts of humidity. Colors can also change over many years, when certain cooking materials/vapors are in the air, and when cleaning products are used. We do not cover these instances.
What is not covered?
The Warranty does not cover conditions caused by:
- Improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, and abuse
- Scratches caused by pets, children, installers, homeowner
- Normal wear and tear such as reductions in gloss, changes in colors (due to aging), marks, scuffs and scratches
- Damage caused by fire, flood, and other natural disasters
